Copyright infringement notices

Inknaut Labs LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone using our website and apps. If you believe content available through inknaut.com, Dolen, Project RideCast, or Project NextUp infringes a copyright you own or control, you can submit a notice of claimed infringement to us.

What to include

To be effective, your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, a URL, screen, or app version).
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
